What are the 2 numbers multiplied on binoculars stands for?

When u buy binoculars, there' re 2 numbers multiplied indicating the strength of magnification.. i think. can anyone explain this please...What are the 2 numbers multiplied on binoculars stands for?
Easy !! First number is magnification and second number is diameter of lens , the big ones ! eg 10 x 50 is magnification 10 with a 50mm lens. The bigger the lens the more light gets in ! good for night time . If you have large magnification though like 25 they are difficult to hold still and get a steady pictureWhat are the 2 numbers multiplied on binoculars stands for?
X 2 every click will either increase or decrease the magnification
one #stands for the size of the lens the other 4 the magnifcation
IF IT'S 2X THAT MEANS ITS 2 TIMES THE MAGNIFICATION AND SO ON ...............THATS THE # OF TIMES IT BRINGS THE OBJECT CLOSER TO YOUR EYES WHILE USING THE BINOCULARS.......
