Make a query using the necessary tables and joining them as needed. Put the desired fields in the query grid. While still in the query, go to View, Totals. This will add a row called Totals to the query grid. Change the Totals from Group By to Avg. Save your query. Now go to Reports. Create a new report. Select Chart Wizard and base it off the query you just made. Hope this helps!
