hi i been looking for this a long time, the above answer is good for a huge set of numbers, but when i got just one number, my question is can i press a single or set of combination keys button to change a single number into positive or vice versa ? like i press ctrl-colon and i get todays date ? Sounds like you're using a function and the result is negative???? Excel uses accounting functions so you have to reverse the result by adding a -sign in your function or formula
