Is there a way to make Word 2007 present references as numbers in the text and a list at the end of the file?

I want my references to look more like they are done on Wikipedia as this is how they need to be done for the document I am writing up.Is there a way to make Word 2007 present references as numbers in the text and a list at the end of the file?
Try this:

1. Position the cursor where you want the footnote or endnote reference to go.

2. Click the References tab on the Ribbon.

3. Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Footnotes group.

4. Click Insert.

5. Type the footnote.

If you want to use Endnotes rather than Footnotes, just do this:

6. Click the References tab on the Ribbon.

7. Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Footnotes group.

8. Click the Endnotes radio button.

9. Click Apply.

Hope that helps. Is there a way to make Word 2007 present references as numbers in the text and a list at the end of the file?
In order to use reference numbers in square brackets, you need to download Bibword.

Once Bibword is installed, insert your citations as follows:

1. In Word 2007, click the References tab.

2. In the Bibliography and Citations group, select Style: ISO 690-Numerical with Square Brackets.

3. Insert your Citations into the text as needed.

4. Click Manage Sources to edit source information.

5. To generate the Bibliography, make sure your cursor is located at the end of your document, then click Bibliography %26gt; Insert Bibliography.

I would suggest Insert%26gt;Reference%26gt;Footnote. That is the command in OfficeXP and I would imagine that Office2007 would have the same or similar technique.
